For all Work Force Recruitment Services, Wright Choices, Inc. is funded by the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Rehabilitative Services to ensure long-term employment success for persons with disabilities. Wight Choices, Inc. provides the 3 following services at no cost to employers:

1. Supported Employment
A qualified job seeker receives support from an Employment Specialist. This Employment Specialist provides:

  • Job matching which entails placing job seekers to ideal postitions based on the person's skills and abilities.
  • On-site training until both employee and employer are satisfied with the job performance;
  • Long-term job support for both employee and employer to ensure long-term employment success.

2. Working Interview
In order to identify ideal job matches, employers in the community allow for job seekers to perform simulated job functions at their employment site. The Employment Specialist and Employer evaluates the job seeker while on-site in order to assess his/her strengths and weaknesses. Many employers are so impressed with the job seeker's performance that he/she is hired.

3. Job Match and Placement
  • Traditionally reserved for higher skilled job seekers;
  • The Employment Specialist's goal is to provide the optimal job match for job seekers and employers;
  • The Employment Specialist provides headhunter-type assistance.
